From formal conferences and conventions to small group regional meeting and webinars, and other mediums, KCCE ensures that local chamber professionals are equipped for the job.

Both KCCE conferences feature professional speakers on chamber specific topics, networking opportunities and special excursions that familiarize chamber professionals with the economic, social and unique qualities of different areas of the state.

Typically the smaller of the two conferences, the KCCE Spring Conference, provides excellent chamber specific education sessions. This conference is usually held in a smaller community in the state and provides an intimate setting for networking with colleagues.

The fall conference is the largest event of the year for the organization. This event features two and a half days of professional development provided by regional and national speakers. It is a more formal event usually held in one of the larger or metropolitan areas of the state and includes a full exhibit area with companies providing products specifically designed to assist local chambers in their day-to-day operations. This conference also provides high quality networking opportunities and specially designed educational outings for attendees.

KCCE regional meetings are informal half-day group meetings held in locations throughout the state each year in June and July. These meetings are designed in a manner that chamber professionals present their most pressing issue of the day for discussion.

KCCE schedules throughout the year seminars on timely and relevant topics for chamber professionals. From IRS reporting changes to marketing these seminars are delivered via the internet so professionals can participate without leaving their office.

The KCCE New Executive Boot Camp is an intensive one-day course designed for the chamber executives and leaders that have been on the job two years or less and want greater insight and answers to questions related to chamber operations.
