  • Ilene J. Klein, MD, FAAFP

    Chief Population Health Officer • Healthstat

    Klein is a seasoned health care professional with a passion for improving the health of working adults and their families. She provides consulting services for organizations interested in advancing worksite health. At Healthstat, she works to advance strategic goals for population health improvement and serves as chair of the Healthstat Strategic Advisory Council. Klein received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed her residency training in the Brown University Department of Family Medicine. She is a board-certified family physician and a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
  • Dr. Peter Salerno

    Salerno started his career as a national missionary in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky.  He is a psychologist and ordained minister, with work that includes being a chaplain during the Vietnam War, supporting veterans in transition, marching with Dr. Martin Luther King, and helping others deal with life circumstances. Salerno continues to deliver anxiety, depression and pain management therapy with both young people and people of older generations.  His strengths lie in accurate personality assessments and the ability to equip clients with the skills needed to deal effectively with a society and world that is changing quickly.

    Founder • Four A Ventures

    Shade is the founder of Four A Ventures, supporting and advising both healthcare companies and early-stage companies in areas of strategic planning, technology adoption, operations, finance and business development. Currently, she serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Louisville, helping researchers and faculty members commercialize discoveries. She is a member of the Healthstat’s Strategic Advisory Council. Prior to that, she was a co-founder of SentryHealth, a Kentucky-based technology enabled health management company specializing in creating and delivering clinical programs to improve the health among those with chronic disease.
