The Kentucky Chamber Foundation is leading a statewide effort to better understand how artificial intelligence is impacting businesses, jobs, and workforce needs across the Commonwealth.
In partnership with Fifth Third Bank and Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS), the Foundation is conducting a statewide survey and convening regional listening sessions that bring together employers, educators, workforce professionals, community leaders, and government partners.
By gathering perspectives from stakeholders across Kentucky's workforce ecosystem, this initiative will help identify opportunities, challenges, and strategies that support business competitiveness and workforce success in an AI-driven economy.
Take the Statewide AI Workforce Survey
Kentucky employers are invited to participate in a brief survey that takes fewer than 10 minutes to complete and will help identify trends, opportunities, and workforce implications related to AI adoption.
The survey explores:
- How employers are currently using AI
- Business functions most impacted by AI
- Workforce and skill development needs
- Opportunities and challenges related to AI adoption
- Kentucky employers' outlook on the future of work
Join a Workforce Listening Session
In addition to the statewide survey, the Kentucky Chamber Foundation is convening employers, educators, workforce partners, and other stakeholders across Kentucky through a series of regional virtual listening sessions to facilitate deeper conversations about the impact of AI on business and workforce needs.
These sessions provide an opportunity for employers, educators, and workforce partners to:
- Share experiences with AI adoption
- Discuss workforce challenges and opportunities
- Identify emerging skill needs
- Help shape recommendations for Kentucky's workforce future
