- Educator's Guide to Industry: Bringing educators and employers together to bridge the gap between classroom learning and workforce needs.
- Leadership Institute for School Principals: Investing in Kentucky’s school leaders through world-class leadership development that strengthens schools and communities.
- National Civics Bee: Inspiring the next generation of citizens and leaders through a statewide civics competition that encourages civic knowledge, engagement, and community impact.
Each initiative reflects the Foundation’s belief that when business leads, Kentucky moves forward — and that education and workforce success are deeply connected.
Accelerating Solutions, Building Opportunity
- 1,055 Kentucky educators have engaged with employers through Foundation-led programs and partnerships.
- 52,845 students across the Commonwealth have been involved in the Foundation’s education solutions programs.
- Over 600 workforce placements for high school graduates have been made because of partnerships the Foundation has fostered between employers and educators.
