Kentucky Chamber Events/Training Coronavirus Statement

How We are Keeping You Safe - COVID-19 Precautions

Masks
In accordance with Red County Recommendations, if our event/training takes place in a red county we strongly encourage all event attendees to wear a mask except in dining areas when eating. Click the Red County Recommendations link to check current status. To ensure access and convenience, masks will be available to event attendees upon request.

Social Distancing
While a distance of 6ft is currently not required, event seating will be set up with current recommendations in mind. We ask attendees to navigate and interact with one another in a manner that considers current recommendations and risk.

Safety Measures
We kindly ask attendees to be diligent in washing their hands as often as possible. Our staff will be mindful to keep meeting space clean, but we need your help. If we all commit to washing our hands regularly and wearing our masks, we can greatly minimize risk and enjoy a safe and sanitary experience.

Our Commitment to You

The Kentucky Chamber is committed to ensuring our signature events and educational training are held in the safest way possible for attendees, sponsors and speakers. Therefore, we will continue monitoring the ever-changing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and are following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear.

If at any point we feel it is unsafe for us to hold in-person events and training in the manner we normally would, we will do one of the following:
•    cancel the event
•    reschedule for a later date
•    offer virtually
•    offer a hybrid (both in-person and virtual) option that allows for social distancing
