The Kentucky Chamber Foundation invests in the leaders shaping Kentucky’s future. Through the Leadership Institute for School Principals, in partnership with the Truist Leadership Institute, Kentucky principals receive a no-cost, world-class leadership program focused on self-awareness, change management, and building engaged, high-performing school cultures. Graduates leave with a personalized growth plan and practical tools they can put to work immediately—strengthening schools, accelerating student success, and elevating communities across the Commonwealth.


Accelerating Solutions, Building Opportunity

  • Over 600 principals from K-12 schools across the Commonwealth have graduated from the program.
  • 112 of 120 Kentucky counties represented in principal participation. 
  • Leadership Institute for School Principals graduates have served three million students in Kentucky.
