Young Adult Hiring Academy

The Kentucky Chamber Foundation’s Young Adult Hiring Academy is a one-day educational experience designed for employers seeking to strengthen their recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies for young adults ages 16-23. This program helps employers build sustainable early talent pipelines while navigating the unique considerations of youth employment.

This one-day program will provide participating employers with:
