Bill Simkins, CSP
Managing Partner • W.E. Simkins & Associates
Simkins has been providing occupational health and safety management strategies to public and private sector business for more than 38 years. He was a director of environmental health & safety for Frito-Lay North America and Pepsi North America Beverages operations, retiring in 2018. He now leads W.E. Simkins & Associates, a consulting practice providing safety and health leadership and compliance strategies. Simkins career includes 12 years as a commissioned U.S. Army Medical Officer. He has a B.S. in Public Health and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky. He is a board-certified safety professional and a registered environmental professional.
