You already use AI to answer questions and draft content. This program is for regular AI users who are ready for the next step. The Beyond Chat: Agentic AI for Business - Virtual Workshop teaches you to hand it bigger jobs. Over two afternoons, you’ll learn to direct AI through real, multi-step business work: pulling information from folders of files, analyzing reports, building dashboards, and setting up tasks that run on a schedule.

You’ll work hands-on the entire time, using shared practice materials and your own work. You’ll leave with:

  • An interactive dashboard built from multiple business reports
  • A reusable “skill,” meaning saved instructions AI follows the same way every time
  • A scheduled workflow for a recurring task from your own job
  • A simple process for checking AI’s work before you rely on it

No coding experience is required, and you don’t need prior experience with Codex or Claude Cowork.

Before the Workshop

  • A setup guide will be sent by Thursday, January 7. The guide includes simple steps to confirm your setup before January 21.
  • Practice files will be sent by Thursday, January 14. These files are fictional, so you don’t need to share confidential company materials.
  • Please resolve any installation or account-access issues with your IT support before the first session.
