He is a founder and principal consultant of Graywolf, and has worked full-time in offensive security for over a decade. Outside of work, he prefers hobbies that don't involve a computer screen, such as outdoor running and playing music.

Gui Cozzi, Cybersecurity Practice Lead, Dean Dorton
Gui has 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and successfully implements pragmatic and risk-based security programs to meet compliance with organizations’ security requirements. Gui leads a team responsible for delivering enterprise cybersecurity services and personally specializes in information security program development, implementation, and assessment. His work is focused on positioning organizations to successfully identify and manage their information security risks. Prior to joining Dean Dorton, Gui served in various Information Security leadership roles including implementing the Security Risk Management program for one of the nation’s largest health systems, leading teams of cybersecurity consultants, and serving as Chief Information Security Officers for organizations in various industries.

Joe Danaher, CISM, CRISC, CPHIMS, Senior Security Analyst, The AME Group (formerly Integrity IT)
I stumbled into IT pre-Y2K hysteria as I transitioned from Respiratory Therapist to a Clinical Systems Analyst working on EMR systems.  I became immersed in HIPAA compliance and wound my way up through the ranks of IT security primarily as a Blue Teamer (defender).

Jennifer Erena, Sales & Marketing Coordinator, The AME Group (Formerly Integrity IT)
Jennifer Erena is a BSN graduate of UK and worked 23 years as an Oncology Care Specialist, Clinical Informaticist and Manager of a Wound and Hyperbaric Oxygen Center. In her leadership roles, she presented dozens of continuing education classes yearly.  Her natural comfort with technology targeted her for healthcare technology projects and EMR implementation. At the AME Group (Integrity IT), she served as Clinical Analyst for an electronic record developed by Integrity for providers of Medicaid waiver services, and now as Sales and Marketing Coordinator.  Like most nurses, she serves as a “Jane-of-all-trades”.

Michael Gilliam, Cybersecurity Services Manager, Dean Dorton
Experienced Information Security professional whose qualifications include several security related designations and detailed knowledge of technical security tools, technologies and best practices. Current experience includes creating, maintaining, and deploying security solutions protecting networks, systems and information assets for federal and state government agencies as well as private sector organizations in the healthcare and financial industries.

Dana Howard, CIPP/US, Privacy Law Attorney, Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC
Dana is a Member in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Lexington and Louisville offices and has been with the firm since 2007. She is a Registered Patent Attorney and Certified Privacy Professional with the International Association of Privacy Professionals, She concentrates her litigation practice on complex commercial litigation, including IP litigation and class actions, including class actions involving privacy law violations. Dana also assists clients in protecting their intellectual property and data security. Dana regularly counsels and represents clients in privacy law matters, including data breach response.

Jim Kramer, IT Consulting Team Leader, Partner, MCM CPAs & Advisors
Jim is a Partner and the IT Consulting Team leader at MCM. Prior to joining MCM, Jim was the founder of Kramer Consulting (KCI), a technology services provider focusing on serving our customers through business partnerships. During his tenure, KCI was consistently listed on the Louisville Business First lists of the area’s largest IT firms, “Best Places to Work,” and “Fast 50.” He serves many different industries, including professional service organizations, not-for-profits, manufacturing, and automotive services. With a background in electrical engineering, Jim brings a structured approach to systems review and automation by first listening to the needs of the customer and then applying a custom solution to provide our clients with a strategic advantage.

Scott Logan, CISSP, Chief Security Officer, NetGain Technologies LLC

He has three-decades of experience advising companies on security strategies. Jessica Middendorf, Privacy Law Attorney, Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC
Jessica is an attorney in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Lexington Office and a member of the Privacy Law Practice Group. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring matters as well as complex commercial litigation and also includes representing clients in the negotiation of technology agreements. Kelley Miller, CISA, CISM, Principal, MCM CPAs & Advisors
Kelley leads our IT Audit Team in providing services from IT general controls to security and risk assessments and is a member of both the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and the Information Systems Security Association. She provides our clients with Information System services, including reviews, system selection assistance and guidance, system implementations, training and support, as well as providing process re-engineering assistance to aid the client in gaining advantage in more complete usage of both new and existing systems. Prior to joining MCM, she served as an MIS Manager for a manufacturing firm. She has over 20 years of experience in information system services on a wide variety of platforms including Microsoft and UNIX network systems. She has also gained experience in information systems through the performance of the duties related to system analysis, system design, and implementation of manufacturing, distribution, financial, and medical management software.

Kourtney Nett, CPA, Partner, Risk Advisory Services Team Leader, MCM CPAs & Advisors
Kourtney has over 18 years of accounting and auditing experience, specializing in Risk Management & Advisory Services. Kourtney serves as the Director of MCM's Risk Advisory Services group. She has managed and participated in internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing projects that include reviewing operational, financial, and technology processes to provide management with assessments of risk and recommendations for improvements of the overall effectiveness and efficiency of processes. She has experience assisting management with the evaluation of controls required by Sarbanes-Oxley section 404. Kourtney has also completed the COSO Internal Control Certificate Program sponsored by the AICPA.

Steve Platnick, Vice President - MITS, Coker Group
Steven P. Kate Shanks, Vice President of Public Affairs, The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce
Kate Shanks is Vice President of Public Affairs for the Kentucky Chamber. She has been with the Chamber for more than four years and focuses her work on energy, environment, small business, and competitiveness issues. She is a lifelong resident of Kentucky and earned both a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Conservation and Management and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kentucky. Prior to joining the Chamber, Kate spent nearly 12 years working for state agencies focused on energy and environmental policy and regulation and has held multiple positions relating to communications, outreach, policy analysis and design, and legislative affairs.

Corey Shell, CISSP, Senior Cybersecurity Consultant, Dean Dorton
Corey has 10 years of combined information technology and cybersecurity experience. He has a passion for cybersecurity and helping his clients to identify their risks and determine their cybersecurity preparedness. Corey specializes in ethical hacking, vulnerability management, and information security program development, implementation, and assessment.  Corey’s previous IT security experience in the financial sector helped him to understand the complex compliance issues and cybersecurity risks that financial institutions face. Prior to joining Dean Dorton, he served as a manager and team lead for cybersecurity projects, leading teams of cybersecurity consultants, and served as the Virtual Information Security Officer (vISO) for organizations in various industries.  Corey has extensive experience in healthcare, financial services, public sector, and biotech industries.

Tony Sims, Cybersecurity Specialist, Microsoft Corporation
Tony Sims is a Cybersecurity Threat Specialist at Microsoft focused on assisting Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations better protect themselves, both on-premises and more significantly in the “cloud”.  During his tenure at Microsoft, Tony spent much of his career focusing on core infrastructure technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory and Azure before transitioning to cybersecurity. In addition to his career at Microsoft, Tony served over 29 years in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard retiring as the G6/CIO of the Kentucky Army National Guard at the rank of Colonel.

Rick Taylor has more than 30 years of IT experience with regional accounting firms, national corporations (including AEGON USA and YUM! Brands, Inc.), and more than 13 years of experience at financial institutions, including PNC Bank, Great Financial Bank, and Star Bank.  He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and remains up-to-date in his knowledge of the dynamic information technology arena. He has performed system security, risk and compliance audits based on federal regulatory standards. His uses his vast knowledge and experience with network architecture, disaster recovery, product development, and situational analysis to help clients with innovative and cost-saving solutions.

Marc Varner, Corporate Vice President and Global CISO, Yum! Brands, Inc.
Marc Varner serves as Corporate Vice President and Global CISO for Yum! Brands, Inc., the corporate face to great brands like Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and KFC. In this role, he is responsible for the protection of the company's information assets, as well as the strategy and implementation of all security programs. Prior to joining Yum!, Mr. Varner was the Global CISO for McDonald’s Corporation, serving there 7 years and all told has more than 20 years of experience in the technical, operational and program management aspects of information security, privacy and architecture. Through his years of work history, Mr. Varner has led various security and architecture functions in the professional services industry at Deloitte Global and Navigant Consulting as well as in the financial services sector with Discover Financial and Morgan Stanley. Prior to his work there, he was based in London with Arthur Andersen, where he directed the development of the information security program for Andersen in the EMEIA region.
