The Kentucky Chamber Foundation partners with the Kentucky Hospital Association (KHA) to help hospitals and health care systems strengthen their workforce. Through a collaborative network of employers and educators, the Health Care Talent Pipeline equips hospitals with the tools and strategies to build sustainable career pathways, recruit and retain skilled talent, and strengthen Kentucky’s health care infrastructure.


Accelerating Solutions, Building Opportunity

  • 137 hospitals are participating in the Foundation’s Health Care Talent Pipeline, in partnership with the Kentucky Hospital Association.
  • 573 students have engaged in hands-on learning and experiences with health care careers through the Health Care Talent Pipeline.
  • 40 Kentucky workforce and education partners have engaged in training collaborations. 

Kentucky Hospital Association Launches 'Put Me In Coach' Workforce Initiative

The Kentucky Hospital Association is rallying middle and high school students to explore meaningful careers in Kentucky hospitals. “Put Me in Coach” shows how today’s youth can join a team that makes a real difference in their communities.
