This one-day event is designed for employers seeking to strengthen hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies for work-authorized immigrants, refugees, and documented workers. Attendees will gain insights into immigrant workforce demographics, legal hiring practices, and strategies to reduce employment barriers while enhancing language access, cultural awareness, and retention. The workshop also offers tools and connections to local community partners.
