Impact

Since 2017, the Kentucky Chamber Foundation has advanced workforce development, education, and civic engagement in all 120 Kentucky counties through employer-led solutions that strengthen communities and expand opportunity.

The Foundation's initiatives have invested more than $19.1 million in workforce development, connected more than 750 Kentuckians to employment opportunities, trained 641 school principals and 1,086 educators, and engaged more than 51,000 students in career exploration experiences across the Commonwealth.

The Kentucky Chamber Foundation releases an annual Impact Report, which highlights the organization’s comprehensive efforts to advance opportunity across the Commonwealth.
