Jim Anderson, Executive Vice President, Command Investigations
Jim Anderson, Executive V.P., was a founding partner of Infoquest Information Services, Ltd., est 1994 prior to joining Command in 2023. Infoquest is a full-service insurance defense and business information services firm. Under Jim’s leadership, Infoquest realized annual growth and success through a customer-first approach, a substantial staff of professional investigators, forward-thinking programs and custom-built state-of-the-art technology, and outstanding client loyalty. Jim was involved in all aspects of the business with primary emphasis on Quality Assurance and Client Relations. Formerly, Jim was Claim Director and Account Executive with Equifax, Atlanta, GA. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and a frequent speaker at industry events.
Tonya M. Clemons, Administrative Law Judge
Judge Clemons is an Administrative Law Judge with the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims. She was appointed to the position in July 2020. Judge Clemons graduated from Hanover College in 2002 and the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2005.
Prior to becoming an ALJ, Judge Clemons was in private practice. From 2008 through 2020, she practiced workers’ compensation representing corporations, self-insured businesses, and insurance companies. Prior to her work in workers’ compensation, Judge Clemons practiced insurance defense representing insurers and their policyholders.
H. Douglas Jones, Esq., Jones at JSB Attorney, PLLC
Jones is the founding member of Jones at JSB Attorney, PLLC, providing professional services throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky, representing employers, carriers and TPAs. JSB is honored to be the designated Kentucky Member firm in the National Workers’ Compensation Defense Network (NWCDN.com). Jones was previously selected as one of the “50 Most Influential People in Workers' Compensation” nationally. He has served as President of the Kentucky Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Section, as well as an adjunct professor at Salmon P. Chase College of Law, teaching Kentucky workers’ compensation law. Jones has an AV (highest) Martindale Hubbell rating.
Jones has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from University of Kentucky, and a Juris Doctor Degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
Doug resides with his wife Barbara and their dog Foxtrot in Covington, Kentucky. He is an avid outdoorsman enjoying hiking, fishing, and hunting. Doug also revels driving racecars, including a top speed of 160 MPH at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Stephanie Kinney, Administrative Law Judge
Judge Kinney is an Administrative Law Judge with the Department of Workers' Claims in Kentucky. She has served the Commonwealth of Kentucky in that role for a decade. Prior to her appointment as an Administrative Law Judge, she represented injured workers and employers throughout Kentucky. Judge Kinney serves as a member of the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions’ Dispute Resolution Committee and Medical Issues Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Workers’ Compensation Judiciary.
Judge Kinney grew up in eastern Kentucky and graduated from Pikeville College, now the University of Pikeville, in 2003. She went on to attend the Appalachian School of Law and earned a Juris Doctor in 2007.
In addition to her judicial responsibilities, Judge Kinney serves as an Adjunct Professor at Brandeis School of Law in Louisville, Kentucky, where she imparts her knowledge and insights to the next generation of legal professionals. This role reflects her passion for legal education, her commitment to fostering the growth of future legal experts and expanding the workers’ compensation community in Kentucky.
Judge Kinney’s career is characterized by a blend of meticulous legal practice and empathetic adjudication. She is recognized for her detailed-oriented style, common sense approach, and her ability to handle complex legal issues with both precision and sensitivity.
Outside of her professional life, Judge Kinney enjoys playing pickleball and following her favorite baseball team, the New York Yankees. She also enjoys spending time with her two labradors, Fletcher and Molly.
Wendi Patterson, RN, BSN, CCM, Chief Operating Officer, Occupational Managed Care Alliance, Inc.
Wendi Patterson is a registered nurse with a Bachelor’s degree and a certification in managed care. Wendi first graduated with her LPN, then completed the RN program and went on to complete her Bachelor’s degree. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA, made the Dean’s List, and received the Who’s Who in America award. She has been a nurse since 2002, primarily in orthopedics. She has worked in several nursing homes and rehab facilities, post-op settings, neuro ICU and occupational medicine in the Louisville area. She has been in the workers’ comp arena since 1995. Initially, she was a workers’ comp claims adjuster before earning her nursing degree. She has been a nurse case manager for workers’ comp since 2005. Wendi has medical management expertise in both workers’ compensation and group health applications, and she has broad knowledge of utilization management, case management, and managed care across multiple jurisdictions. She was promoted to Vice present 2024 and most recently to Chief Operating Officer.
Amanda Perkins, Administrative Law Judge
Amanda Perkins is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and Chase College of Law. Before her appointment in 2021, she was in private practice for 9 years, representing both employees and employers in workers’ compensation claims. She began her private practice in Eastern Kentucky before joining a firm in Lexington, Kentucky. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, volunteering at her church, and traveling.
