Day 1: From a Folder of Information to Finished Work
Thursday, January 21, 2027 | 1:00–5:00 p.m. ET
- Introduction to Agentic AI: Get oriented and complete your first guided, multi-step assignment.
- Working Across Folders and Documents: Have AI find what matters, turn scattered notes into a procedure and checklist, and update documents as requirements change.
- Analyzing Multiple Business Reports: Combine spreadsheets, reports, and notes to spot patterns, reconcile inconsistencies, and flag missing information.
- Building an Interactive Dashboard: Turn your analysis into views and filters, check the numbers, and adapt the result to a business need.
- Between sessions: Choose a recurring task from your job and gather a sample input and an example of the finished product. Shared examples are available if you can’t use workplace materials.
Day 2: Build Skills and Scheduled Workflows
Thursday, January 28, 2027 | 1:00–5:00 p.m. ET
- Building Your First Skill: Turn a process you already follow into reusable instructions, then test and refine them.
- Connecting Information and Tools: Decide where information comes from, where results go, and when a person should review them.
- Building a Scheduled Workflow: Set up a recurring assignment, run a test, and learn to pause or adjust it.
- Building Your Own Workflow: Apply everything to your own recurring task, with a schedule and review steps in place.
Each session includes short breaks.
