The Kentucky Chamber Foundation works to strengthen communities and expand opportunity across the Commonwealth, and that begins with helping employers lead solutions that build a stronger workforce. Through our workforce solutions initiatives, the Foundation unites business, education, and community partners to tackle Kentucky’s most pressing workforce challenges head-on—from closing skills gaps to connecting Kentuckians with meaningful employment.

- Talent Pipelines: Building data-driven talent pipelines that connect business, education, and workforce systems.
- Health Care Talent Pipelines: Strengthening Kentucky’s health care workforce through collaborative, employer-led solutions.
- Workforce Recovery: Expanding opportunity and promoting second-chance employment through fair chance hiring practices.

Accelerating Solutions, Building Opportunity
- 358 Kentucky employers have participated in the Foundation’s academy model to strengthen and expand supportive hiring practices.
- 1,743 Kentuckians connected with employment opportunities with partner businesses through the Foundation’s workforce engagement solutions.
- 650 employers representing 70 industries across Kentucky have collaborated with the Foundation to align education and workforce needs statewide.
