The Kentucky Chamber Foundation works alongside employers to strengthen Kentucky’s workforce. Through the Hiring Academies, businesses gain practical tools and training to create stronger workplaces, expand opportunity, and help more Kentuckians connect to meaningful careers.
Each academy provides hands-on guidance to help employers expand their talent pipelines by recruiting, hiring, and retaining skilled individuals from untapped talent pools.
