Kayla Anderson MPH, RDN, LD, CDE, Director of Clinical Operations, SentryHealth
After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Pennsylvania State University and her Master’s in Public Health and Nutrition at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Kayla spent more than 12 years as a Clinical Nutrition Director/ Registered Dietitian in a large acute care hospital, working firsthand with patients while managing the clinical nutrition staff. In addition, she established, implemented, revised, and administered various policies and procedures to comply with strict state and federal guidelines. Kayla joined SentryHealth in 2018 and currently works at Director of Clinical Operations. In this role, she supervises and directs everything from employees and budgets to assessment of technology and planning and oversight of clinical operations.

Joel Aubrey, Partner, Pohl & Aubrey  PSC
Mr. Aubrey has practiced law for 31 years and has concentrated his practice primarily in the defense of employers,  insurers,  and administrators in matters involving KY Workers' Compensation.    He is a frequent lecturer on issues which arise under the KY Workers' Compensation Act.   

Travis Burgett, President, Integrated Corporate Wellness Solutions, LLC
Travis Burgett is President and Co-Founder of Integrated Corporate Wellness Solutions.  After working for 13 years on the health care delivery side, he launched ICWS in 2016 with a focus on improving health within populations, focusing on wellbeing and health improvement.  ICWS has been on the front lines of wellness efforts as one of only a few wellness companies to partner with a health intelligence platform to combine claims data with wellness program data to measure impact and ROI.  Currently, Mr. Burgett is again bringing new technology to corporate wellness with the PNOE portable breath analyzer.  The PNOE system allows for true cardiometabolic testing in the workplace including resting metabolic rate and VO2 testing for the most accurate predictors of cardiovascular health.

Tiffany Cardwell, SHRM-CP, PHR, CCP, HR Advisory Principal, MCM HR Solutions Group
Tiffany Cardwell, a Principal with MCM’s HR Solutions Group, has twenty years+ of HR experience. She has expertise in M&As, total rewards and workforce planning. Tiffany has worked for top employers including Trans Union, Humana, Papa John’s and Signature HealthCare. Tiffany recently won the coveted Lyle Hanna HR Spirit Award and has been recognized as a Business First 40 Under 40 and 20 People To Know in HR. Tiffany serves on Boards including Brightside, Boy Scouts, GLI’s City Champs & Talent Attraction initiatives, the Kentucky Chamber’s TPM Initiative, the Kentucky Health Collaborative, Northwestern’s Ambassador Program, the American Lung Association and the Worksite Wellness Council. Tiffany currently serves as the KYSHRM Foundation & Philanthropy Director, LSHRM Wellness Director & has previously served as the 2014 LSHRM Past President. Tiffany graduated with a BA from Northwestern, an MSIR from Loyola University in Chicago, and has her SHRM-CP, PHR, CCP and CTA certifications.

Stephanie Clouser, MS, Data Scientist, Kentuckiana Health Collaborative
Stephanie Clouser is the data scientist for Kentuckiana Health Collaborative, a non-profit organization that works with key healthcare stakeholders in the community for better health outcomes and delivery in Louisville, Southern Indiana and Kentucky. In her current role, Stephanie fulfills the data needs of KHC, including completing regional and statewide physician quality measurement reports, which KHC has distributed to physicians since 2006 and publicly reported since 2012. Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in economics and communication from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, in 2010. In 2015, she completed her master’s in analytics, also from Bellarmine. While working on her master’s, Stephanie held an internship at Norton Healthcare, which sparked her interest in healthcare and eventually led to her position at KHC.

Carrie Davidson, Ed.D, ACSM EP-C, RYT200, MoveWell Fitness Manager, University of Kentucky
Carrie Davidson, EdD, ACSM EP-C, RYT 200, Mind Body Specialist is an Exercise Physiologist and Fitness Facilities Manager with UK Health & Wellness, where she has worked since 2006. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Exercise Science, a Master’s of Divinity degree from Gardner-Webb University, and a doctorate in Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky. She holds several fitness certifications (ACSM, ACE, RYT 200) and loves to help others be healthy in body, mind, and soul!

Matt Dawson, MD, Physician, Wild Health
Matt Dawson is the CEO of Wild Health. He developed the practice of personalized genomic based primary care. Jeremy Stich is the CMAO of Wild Health. He founded a two DPC clinics in Central Kentucky. Both doctors have a passion to deliver more precise, personalized care by working directly with employers and retail consumers to improve the health of Central Kentucky.

Kim Farmer, CWS, Corporate Wellness Specialist, Mile High Fitness and Wellness
Kim Farmer is the CEO of Mile High Fitness & Wellness, a corporate wellness organization serving companies of all sizes. She has successfully helped companies integrate holistic wellness programming into the workplace helping them reduce stress levels and improve performance and productivity. Her presentations inspire motivation and creativity, helping individuals make lasting, intrinsic behavior change using preventive wellness efforts. Her energy unites teams and leaders, encouraging organizational culture change using creative wellness programming. She is a regular contributor to several media outlets including print and radio and has published books, articles and DVDs. She also has a strong passion for serving nonprofit organizations with her health and wellness expertise and freely gives her time to community based, public health efforts. As a two-time winner of the Colorado State Open, she loves to play tennis, dance, exercise and eat chocolate.

Robert Ferreri, JD, MBA, Managing Partner, Ferreri Partners, PLLC
As Managing Partner, Bobby is responsible for creating the best client experience possible for the insurance companies and employers confronted with workers compensation issues.   Bobby was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2004.  Mr. Ferreri has spent his career in workers compensation litigation, economic development and entrepreneurial advisory roles.  His current practice is focused on employer defense in workers compensation claims where he has handled thousands of claims and practiced at all levels of appeal.  Bobby is the chair elect of the Kentucky Bar Associations Workers Compensation section. He has been named to Louisville’s 40 Under 40, Whose Who In Louisville Technology, and Young Philanthropist of the Year.   Bobby and his wife Nicole are the proud parents of three boys William, Louis and Jack Ferreri.

Terry Gehrke, MCHES, CHWC, EP-C, President and Founder
Terry Gehrke has been in the wellness industry for over 30 years.  She has continually sought to grow in the industry by completing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and masters in Health Education with a concentration in fitness/wellness and community health.  She went on to complete doctoral coursework in Public Health.   Teaching in organizations, schools, community, and at the university level has developed her well-rounded background.  Her philosophy reflects her passion to inspire individuals to achieve their optimal wellbeing through education and application of multi-dimensional wellness principles. She recognizes that each individual has his or her own intellectual and emotional well-being that must be addressed to be a fully healthy human being.  Terry works with organizations administering comprehensive wellness programs. She is a member of several organizations including the National Wellness Institute, WELCOA, National Association of Women Business Owners and Kentucky Diabetes Network serving as Executive Director.

DeAnna Hall, Corporate Health and Well-being Manager, Louisville Gas & Electric and Kentucky Utilities
DeAnna Hall is the Corporate Health and Well-being manager for Louisville Gas & Electric and Kentucky Utilities. She has been with LG&E and KU Energy since January of 2014. DeAnna has more than 25 years of nursing and health management experience. Her health and wellness management work includes developing and overseeing programs for employee disease management, vaccination, counseling and wellness at Jewish Hospital and St. Mary Healthcare, as well as statewide for KentuckyOne Health. With DeAnna’s leadership, LG&E and KU Energy has moved from a participation-based wellness program into an integrated population health and well-being program. DeAnna has been involved with the Louisville Mayor’s Healthy Hometown Wellness Committee and continues to serve on the Executive Board for the KHC and on the Anthem Client Advisory Board. In addition, she is a founding member of the American Heart Association Mission Committee and member of LG&E-KU’s Safety and Health Governance Council.

Christina Heckathorn, Benefit Advisor, Employee Benefit Associates
Christina Heckathorn is a Benefits Advisor with Employee Benefit Associates, Inc. based in Lexington, Kentucky. Christina has over 10 years of experience in employee benefit compliance and consumer driven healthcare administration as well as 14 years in management and human resources. She serves on many boards including the Kentucky Association of Health Underwriters and Anjays Kids. As a Health Rosetta Associate Advisor, Christina works closely with clients to develop innovative ways to deliver a healthier workforce all while paying less for healthcare.

Dr. Lemon was honored as one of "South Florida's Most Powerful and Influential Business Leaders" of 2018. Kathie McDonald-McClure, Esq., CHC, Partner, Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP
Kathie McDonald-McClure, Esq has 30-plus years in healthcare, including as Corporate Counsel and VP at Kindred Healthcare, Inc.  Her longtime healthcare experience includes advice on regulatory, transactional, data privacy, operational and strategic matters. Her legal work has included advice on population health related projects and employer programs that use on-site clinics and technology to improve individual employee health and wellness and lower plan costs.  Ms. McClure is a member of the Board and Executive Committee of, and Chairs the Nominating Committee for, Health Enterprises Network, a division of Greater Louisville Inc. Anne-Tyler Morgan, Esquire, Member, McBrayer, PLLC
Before beginning private practice in 2013, I led the compliance department of a Fortune 500 managed care organization. From 2017-2018, I served the Commonwealth of Kentucky in a number of leadership roles, including as Senior Policy Advisor, Deputy General Counsel, and healthcare lead for the Kentucky House of Representatives; Deputy Commissioner for the Kentucky Department for Medicaid Services; and finally as Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services.  My experience and relationships within the Commonwealth’s primary healthcare agencies are vital to my clients’ success in navigating the often complex regulatory framework within which they operate. Sherry Porter, Attorney, Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP
Sherry Porter has more than twenty years of experience in the employee benefits field.  She began her legal career as an investigator for the U.S. Department of Labor Employee Benefits Security Administration, where she conducted investigations to ensure compliance with ERISA and related laws and negotiated compliance agreements to correct violations.  Ms. Porter regularly advises clients on legislation affecting employee benefit plans, such as HIPAA privacy and security rules and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. She concentrates her law practice in the areas of employee benefits, including retirement plans, health and welfare plans, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, and executive compensation arrangements.  Ms. Porter also has extensive experience in handling and negotiating benefits issues in corporate and transactional matters.

Stacy Ridgway, Sr. Manager of Accessibility Services, Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts
Stacy first joined The Kentucky Center for the performing Arts 2001 as the Manager of Accessibility Services. In this capacity, she oversees a nationally recognized program that provides services for multiple arts organizations in Louisville and training in accessibility throughout the state. Additionally, she develops outreach programming, including artists residencies in schools and adult disability service agencies, as well as multiple diversity and inclusion programs. She has presented at numerous national and international conferences including The Kennedy Center’s Leadership Exchange in Arts and Disability Conference and the United States Institute for Theatre Technology Conference 2019. Stacy is the co-founder of the Louisville Cultural Accessibility Association.

Cassie Robinson, MBA, HR Manager, Toyota Motor Manufacturing
Cassie Robinson-Slaughter is a Manager in Human Resources at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Georgetown, Kentucky. Cassie earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Indiana University and has a Master’s degree in Business from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Cassie has twenty-five years of experience in Human Resource Management, specializing in project management and leadership development.   Cassie has a passion for leadership, and has designed and executed development programs, strategy development, and succession management programs for Executive Management teams in the public sector, private sector, government and non-profit organizations. Throughout her career, she has been held numerous leadership positions Site Based Decision Making Council for Scott County Schools; Youth Theater of the Bluegrass, Chairman of the Board; Scott County Superintendent Search Committee; and Central Ky Blood Center - Board of Directors. Cassie has two daughters, Kelaina, age 17 and Keiana age 16.

Christy received her nursing degree from EKU.  I have been a nurse with Premise Health for 7 years.  Prior to becoming a nurse, I worked onsite at the TMMK Pharmacy for 8 years.  I live in Lexington with my husband and 2 boys, ages 3 & 5.

Kate Shanks, Vice President of Public Affairs, Kentucky Chamber of Commerce
Kate Shanks is Vice President of Public Affairs for the Kentucky Chamber. She has been with the Chamber for more than four years and focuses her work on energy, environment, small business, and competitiveness issues. She is a lifelong resident of Kentucky and earned both a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Conservation and Management and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kentucky. Prior to joining the Chamber, Kate spent nearly 12 years working for state agencies focused on energy and environmental policy and regulation and has held multiple positions relating to communications, outreach, policy analysis and design, and legislative affairs.

Vicky Stevens, M.Ed., ODCP, WELCOA Faculty Certified, Director, Talent and Organization Development, Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts
Vicky joined the Kentucky Center in 2015 where she manages and supports the assessment of organizational needs as well as designs, implements, and evaluates programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members. Vicky's experience spans across the not-for-profit landscape as well as both the public and private sectors where she served as a higher education faculty member for over 17 years and engaged her entrepreneurial side by successfully running her own business for 12 years.  She has also provided consulting services, working with all levels of leadership.  In additional to the personal and professional development of her colleagues, Vicky is deeply passionate about enhancing the emotional, social, physical, and financial well-being of her coworkers.  Every day she strives to integrate the practical knowledge of whole-person health she gained through being a mother of a child on the Autism Spectrum to the benefit of those around her.

Kelly VanHoose, Chief Operating Officer, KC WELLNESS, INC
Kelly J. VanHoose is the Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of KC WELLNESS, INC, a regional provider of on-site wellness programs and occupational health services since 1995. She has  a bachelors of Business Administration from Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky. She has directed the business for over 15 years and supervises staff responsible for client relations and accounts.
