    Todd Logsdon is a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Louisville office and co-chair of the Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Practice Group. He advises employers nationwide on labor, employment, and workplace safety issues, with a focus on OSHA compliance, inspections, litigation, and whistleblower claims. Todd also defends clients in employment disputes involving discrimination, FMLA, wage and hour, and non-compete matters. He draws on years of experience in manufacturing and HR/safety roles prior to practicing law. Todd is licensed in Kentucky and Indiana and was selected as a BTI Corporate Client All Star in 2020, and has held leadership roles with the Kentucky Chamber Center for Policy and Research, Boys and Girls Club of Kentuckiana, and Southern Indiana SHRM.

    John Rogers is an attorney in Fisher Phillips’ Louisville office and represents employers in a broad range of complex labor and employment matters, offering counsel on workplace policies and compliance with local, state, and federal laws. He has extensive experience handling investigations involving workplace catastrophes and fatalities, advising on OSHA and wage and hour compliance, and litigating related claims before administrative agencies and in state court. Before joining Fisher Phillips, John served as a staff attorney for the Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet where he litigated cases involving child labor violations, workplace discrimination, wage and hour, and OSHA matters. His background gives him unique insight into government enforcement actions and how to effectively defend employers across all stages of litigation.
