Why attend?

Recent regulations requiring companies to report on the manufacture and use of Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) present an unprecedented challenge. An evolving list of requirements, murky data from suppliers, and the need to pore through a decade of records are confounding many companies’ efforts to comply. Once companies submit their reports to the US Environmental Protection Agency, the information will become public knowledge.  For some companies, that may mean unwanted attention from regulators and the public to their use of PFAS and the potential for environmental contamination.

Attend this webinar for practical perspective on compliance and strategic perspective on the possible consequences of reporting.
